Vesper Theatre is a 4,500 square foot performing arts venue, that houses a 90 seat Black Box Theatre with professional lighting and sound capabilities, a White Box multi-purpose studio, a lobby, ticket booth, and green room.

Black Box rentals require collaboration with Technical Director and include use of Lobby & Green Room during rental times.

Rates

Black Box—

Hourly Rates:

Mondays-Thursdays: $75/hour

Fridays-Sundays: $100/hour

Tech Labor Fee: $50/hour

Front of House Labor Fee: $25/hour

Cleaning Fee: $100 Flat Fee

Black Box Rentals require tech and front of house labor. Black Box must be booked for a minimum of 5 hours and a maximum of 8 hours. Rentals surpassing 8 hours will be charged an overtime hourly fee.

White Box—

Hourly: $35 (2 Hour Min)
Day Rate: $165 (5 Hour Min, 8 Hour Max)
